ORDERS and RETURNS

SHIPMENTS TO GREECE

  • Are there shipping costs?

Shipping within Greece is free for purchases over 100 euros. For purchases under 100 euros, shipping costs 4 euros.

  • How soon will I receive my package?

From the moment your order is completed, we make sure that it leaves, if not the same day, the very next business day. Of course there are special cases such as handmade belts or bags which can be delayed a little longer. In this case, you are immediately informed of the exact delivery time via email.

Our shipments are made by ACS courier and the delivery time is:

  • 1-3 working days in Greece
  • 1-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες σε δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές.

RETURNS

  • What is the return process?

You can return any product to us as long as it is in its original condition and the proof of purchase is included in the package.

Returns are made within 3 working days of the day you received.

The parcel is sent exclusively by ACS courier at our own expense for Greece. The transport costs of the change are €5 and you charge them upon receipt of the new parcel. Inside the parcel you will find the "changes form" which you will fill out and includes the following.

  • Exchange with another number or product

In case you are not satisfied with the number or the product you have ordered, send us an email with your details and the change you wish to make.

Then you send the product you don't want to us by ACS courier and as soon as we receive it we send you the new order.

  • Amount credit.

In case you don't find something that satisfies you, we can give you a credit for the amount of money and use it in a purchase. Credit is available for 60 calendar days.
